We email it to you as soon as your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it. You can also find it in your account under your order.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked on every US order. The product page shows an estimated delivery date before you buy. For Christmas delivery, order by December 3.
My tracking hasn't moved. What now?
Tracking can pause for a day or two while a package changes carriers. If it hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us at support@glowkeep.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
