About us
We wanted the tree to hold more than one photo
Most family videos live on a phone and never get watched again. The first steps, the birthday candles, the last Christmas with Grandpa. They're all in there somewhere, buried under screenshots and parking spots.
Glowkeep started with a simple idea: put those moments somewhere the whole family walks past every day. On the tree in December. On a shelf the rest of the year.
What we make
The Glowkeep Memory Orb™ is a clear ornament with a round video screen inside. You load it with your own videos and photos from your computer, and it plays them on loop. It's rechargeable with USB-C, it holds 4GB of clips, and it comes in White or Black.
It's not a gadget you have to learn. Plug it in, drag your files over, unplug, hang it up.
What we promise
- Straight answers. If you have a question before or after you order, email us at support@glowkeep.com and a person will reply.
- Free tracked shipping on every US order, with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right, we'll refund your purchase.
- Honest product pages. We only list what the orb actually does.
Thanks for letting us be a small part of your family's Christmas.
