Plug the orb into your computer with the USB-C cable. It shows up as a drive. Resize your video to 480 × 480, drag it into the orb's folder and unplug. That's it.
When will it arrive?
Shipping is free on US orders and every order is tracked. For Christmas delivery, order by December 3. You'll see an estimated delivery date on the product page before you buy.
What if they don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If you're not happy with it, email us at support@glowkeep.com and we'll refund your purchase.
